On Friday 4th April 2025, St Cuthbert's hosted an Oxbridge Event for Year 12 students interested in applying to Oxford or Cambridge. We welcomed Year 12 students from across the Bishop Bewick Catholic Education Trust.
The students heard from various speakers including Dr Steve Rayner, Senior Tutor at Sommerville College, Oxford, and 'old boys' of St Cuthbert's who are currently studying at Oxford or Cambridge. The speakers provided information, advice, and guidance on the process and expectations.

All students received a detailed Information Pack.
