In line with Catholic teaching on the dignity of every human person, we place their formation, academic, personal, and spiritual, at the heart of all we do. The voices of our pupils, their families, our parish communities, and the wider Church, whose apostolate we share, offer the deepest insight into how well we embody that calling.

We also recognise and value the important role of statutory inspections. Ofsted and the Catholic Schools Inspectorate provide professional, independent evaluations that help affirm our strengths and guide our continued improvement. Their reports are a welcome part of our commitment to accountability and excellence.

Yet, above all, it is the boys themselves, created in the image and likeness of God, whose growth and flourishing remain the truest “report” on our school.

This section brings together both our official inspection outcomes and the lived testimony of those who know our mission best.

Thank you for your time, patience and guidance you have given to my son. You have been more than a teacher to him. He has the utmost respect for you, holding you in very high esteem with the integrity, values and standards he knows a man should have.

Every day this week I have had the pleasure of meeting and serving some of your pupils. May I take this opportunity to say what amazing young men they are. Very polite, friendly and well behaved.

Thank you for allowing my sons the opportunity to be involved in the visit of the Apostolic Nuncio. It was a privilege for them to take part in this momentous celebration and they were both, in their own words, extremely proud to represent the school at this event.

This is the first school where I have been able to offer every candidate a spot – a real testament. Each student performed brilliantly showing a clear passion and genuine enthusiasm for the programme.

We have been delighted to see how our son has settled into high school. He has been offered lots of fantastic support and encouragement from all the staff since September, and we have seen his confidence grow massively because of this.

I wanted to be in touch to express my gratitude to you & your two colleagues for an exceptional Retreat, for all you personally put into it through the thoughtful planning, the implementation, & the outstanding attitude of the students, who were a credit to you, to the School, & to their parents. They were exceptional in behaviour engagement & thoughtfulness, & it was a blessing to be alongside you all.

As a parent it is encouraging to see that the boys are not just recognised for academic successes but that they are valued for other contributions to school life and that is recognised in such a positive way. And that the boys are seen as individuals and recognised for their individual talents.

I am writing to thank you, your staff, and most importantly your students for their outstanding engagement in the We Are programme. Your students listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, reflected with honesty, and showed real emotional literacy. We know that does not happen by chance. It reflects the culture of your school and the commitment of your staff.

We would like to express our sincere thanks for an unforgettable trip to this week. The experiences organised for the boys will never be forgotten and we cannot thank you enough for all of the hard work both in the preparation of the trip and during the trip itself. The regular updates on social media were excellent and we really did appreciate them all. Our son had a truly amazing time, and he has come home with wonderful memories that will stay with him forever. Thank you so much for this unbelievable opportunity. With our sincere thanks and deepest appreciation.
