Today, the Faith in Action group – a dedicated team of Pupils who meet weekly to discuss the issues that affect them, their hopes for the future, and the role of faith in their lives – delivered a powerful and heartfelt assembly.
The Pupils wrote and led the assembly themselves, bringing together ideas that reflect both compassion and conviction. They shared their vision for creating safe spaces within school, introduced a new Worry Box where Pupils can anonymously request prayers, and challenged their peers to focus their goals on making the world a better place, rather than simply seeking personal gain.
Two Pupils bravely recounted their memories of a friend who tragically passed away last year. The year group listened with quiet respect, a poignant moment that reminded everyone of the power of community and remembrance.
Their message was a moving reminder of the strength of Pupil voice when rooted in purpose, hope, and faith.
